Tasks live alongside your focus queue. Asana sync is set up once, from your phone — after that, synced tasks show up wherever you're signed in.
New Tab Dashboard → Tasks → + New Task → fill it in → Create.

In Asana: Settings → Apps → Developer apps → Personal access tokens — create one and copy it.
Settings → "Task sync" card → paste it into Paste your Asana personal access token → Connect Asana. The token is stored encrypted server-side and never shown again; once connected the card reads "Asana — connected" with a Sync now button.
The Chrome extension has no PAT field by design — the token never ships inside the (world-readable) extension code. Connect once on Sidecar and the synced tasks, subtasks, and blocked badges appear wherever your account is signed in.
